My mediation fee is $300 per hour, to be split between the parties involved. Assuming an equal division, each party is required to make a pre-payment of $300 to cover their share of the first two hours of mediation. This pre-payment is due upon receipt of my invoice and must be made at least one week before the mediation session. Payments can be made via cash, check, credit, or debit card, either over the phone or through my website.
Should additional mediation time be necessary, the fee remains $300 per hour or $150 per hour for each party, and this will be due after the mediation concludes. If either party cancels the mediation less than five business days before the scheduled date, a late cancellation fee of $300 will be charged to the canceling party. If the cancellation is mutually agreed upon by both parties, the $300 fee will be divided equally. In cases of extenuating circumstances, the mediator may review and potentially waive the late fee.
Mediations can be attended either in-person or virtually via Zoom, unless otherwise directed by a court order.
If you plan to attend the mediation in person, please confirm with me by email as soon as possible so that I can arrange a conference room for you and your client. There is no additional charge for using one of our conference rooms.
Thank you for scheduling your mediation with me. I look forward to assisting you.
