About Attending Mediation

As a practicing attorney for over 30 years and as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator since 2006, I understand litigation and the need to resolve differences both at trial and through mediation.  Each have their own place in the system.  I strive to succeed in both arenas.  However, it has become clear to  me and many other professionals in the legal system; attorneys, judges, mediators and perhaps most important,  " the client", that the best way to resolve a matter is where both sides retain the most control in the process.  Over several decades of practice I have found that this is most often accomplished through mediation.  

A process that allows willing parties to find a long lasting affordable solution to their differences that they can accept while avoiding the immense financial strains of prolonged litigation.  If the parties are unable to reach a full agreement, often they are able to reach a partial agreement that allows the party to focus their litigation on the remaining issues in their case.

I hope to assist you with your family or civil mediation to resolve all or as many issues as possible. It is my goal to reduce the uncertainty and cost of litigation while increasing one's peace of mind achieved only through the certainty of settlement.
